Disclosures

The plain statements behind this site, in one place.

Organization

NeuroClearance is a research and engineering program of NuvoNexus, operating within MNEOS. Contact: [email protected].

Program status

NeuroClearance builds research instruments for supervised studies. Its systems are investigational and under development; the current stage is a first bench unit for non-human testing. Any system intended for people will go through supervised studies under independent ethical oversight and, where required, an FDA Investigational Device Exemption, followed by regulatory review. Claims of benefit will follow the evidence and the regulators’ determination. As of this writing, NeuroClearance offers no product for sale, and no NeuroClearance system has been evaluated by any regulator for safety or effectiveness.

Educational content

The library summarizes published, third-party research for education, with sources listed on every article. It is general information, not medical advice; for personal medical decisions, talk with your clinician. Educational content describes the field and is not evidence about any NeuroClearance system.

Wellness products

Lullwave is a separate consumer wellness line, in development, that makes wellness claims only: calm, breathing practice and recovery. Lullwave products are general wellness products and are not medical devices.

Investment

NeuroClearance welcomes conversations with mission-aligned investors through Get involved. Investment discussions are held privately with qualified investors under separate documentation. Nothing on this site is an offer of securities.

Track record

References to the founder’s prior companies (Nuvotronics, Haleos, ACT MicroDevices) describe those companies and are not claims about NeuroClearance products, certifications or results.

Contact and health information

We read every message. Please keep personal health information out of messages to us; if any arrives, we delete it. See Privacy for how the site handles data.

Evidence labels

Statements about the program carry one of four labels so a reader can see where each one comes from.

External literature
A finding from published, third-party research. The source is cited where the statement appears. It is context for the work, not evidence that any NeuroClearance system works.
NeuroClearance record
A fact about the program held in its own dated records: an inventory, an integration record, a published page, a configuration entry. It documents that something exists or happened; it is not a performance claim.
NeuroClearance bench result
A measurement made on NeuroClearance hardware, published here as an approved summary with its conditions stated. No bench results have been published yet.
Research hypothesis
A statement we intend to test and have not yet demonstrated, including our commercial assumptions. It should be read as a plan, not a result.

Patents

Technical specifics of the program are described publicly as results are ready for review. Patent status is stated on this site only after review by counsel.
